Power of silence
What does this word " silence " means to you ??
For me it is  the best solution for every situation .
Do you really believe in staying quite!! ??

May be , this chapter can change your views , like mine !
From the last 20 years , my father kept on telling  me " you don't always need to answer the person "
And I was always like , " why , if someone says bad to me , I will also repeat the same "

"Beta , you don't need to answer through your words;  , your actions , your success , your work will give answer to them "
But unfortunately it took me a lot of time to understand ,
I always used   to put myself in the  argument with those people who discourage me ,
But now , things have changed , I have learnt to say nothing to them
Because I  have realised one thing , not every one is going to like you , not everyone is going to respect your decision, not everyone is going to motivate you , ....
Everyone will not serve you the way you are expecting .
This make me think , why we all want everyone to accept the way we are ,?? Why does it matter to us  ?
Why we always try to clarify them ?
Let's take this example ..
If you are preparing for any exam , and someone poke  you by saying " tumse na hoga bhaiya "
What will be our reaction  to this situation
Either we argue with that person " tumne konsa kuch ukad liya "
Or we feel sad , demotivated
Right ??
But there we can choose the third way I.e
Staying quite by keeping a warm smile on our face and just tell yourself
" Ab m nhi , mera result hi bolega "
Isn't this way  better . !!?
Ya , I know whenever someone discourages us
" Bura lgta h yarr "
But we can't control someone , they will surely gonna share their views , it's democracy we can't stop them from putting their views !!
But we can do one thing , we can find motivation from their demotivated words ...
Trust me , by replying  to such people , you will only waste your time , just have faith in your actions and leave this upto time only .
One day they will surely realise that they were wrong , you don't need to answer them with words .
" now I  am practising this art of staying silent "
You can also try , it will give you relief
Try not to say alot of things .
" Think more , say less "
Because your words , your views can hurt someone too.

As we all know , this pandemic is going on since more than a year. I guess many of us have almost lost our daily routine , thats why we are feeling frustration , anxious , anger issue and alot of things ..
If you are doing fine in this  lockdown then you can quit reading .. but if you are not feeling okay with yourself , then it's a sign that we need to work on us !

  Have you ever wonder , why we feel frustrated , !!
Whenever , something is not happening according to us , we feel frustration , this  feeling of frustration came to us , so that we can change our approach of doing things . 
Like our body have various antibodies to fight from diseases , similarly this is also a type of antibody which is sent by our brain so  that We can find the solution of  our problems , first we should know about the problem , our brain sends signals of frustration , so that we can pay attention to the issue which is affecting our mental health ,
Whenever you feel frustrated , just close your eyes for 10  - 15 minutes and sit quite, don't try to focus on anything , just obeserve your thoughts , in that silent mode your brain will replay those things which are troubling you .
In scientific terms , this process is called meditation .
I am not saying , you should meditate like "rishimuni " , no , no need to reach at that high level of meditation
Just sit straight and close your eyes , so that you can look into  the world which is inside you ..
After doing this , you have your problem in front of you , now you just need to take actions on this , and trust me you will feel relax after doing this .

So here I am going to share some things which will   help  you to feel better , may be after applying these things in your routine you will feel better.
1 . Drink water after every one / two hours
(For this I have one water reminder app , it reminds me after every 1 hour )
2. Set your routine of sleeping and waking up ,
I know most of us are kept on scrolling reels on insta , and it is very shocking but most of us don't sleep till morning ,. ..right ??
3. Don't inhale too much of web series (, leads to brain pain )
4 . Divide your meal in 5 parts ..( don't eat too much in one go )
5.   use your electronic gadgets less , but In return you will reply , " bore ho re h , kya kre "
... This is the opportunity , where you are not going to college , you can explore your skills
6 . Start talking to yourself , so that you can realise your strength and weakness ..
7 . Learn new things, new languages , codings ..
8 . Walking must be there in your routine , ( you can do this in your room also ) .
There are alot of things to explore , rather their waiting for someone's to reply πŸ˜‚
