Positive !!?




Many people wants to know  how to stay positive all the time ?? ,
I will not tell you how to be positive all the time
Infact I am going to ask you one question
Is being positive a solution for every problem ?
" Positive kaise rhe!! , kya positive rhna problem ka solution h ???""
Think about it ,!!
We all have heard these phrases many times
" Be positive"
" Subh subh bolo "
" Think positive , so that positivity can  reflect in your work "
All these phrases are true but not always.
Don't worry if you are not getting what I am saying , let' s take one example
Imagine a situation :
You are asked to stay outside in the sunny day (very hot ) for 8 - 9 hours .
And you have to complete one task , like measuring the length of ground .
What you will do to motivate yourself ,
Because you also have to put efforts in that work , and for that efforts you should be motivated !! Right ??
Will you say ,"  it's not a sunny day , it's not that hot "
Lekin dhoop to bahoot tej h jnab !!
Can your positive approach decrease the temperature of surrounding ??
Okay , let's assume , you can create energy inside you by saying " dhoop nhi h , positive rho , I can do , I can do "
But how long you can maintain that positive energy, hmmm ???
"To yahan positive rhna kam aya ?"
Okay then , what else should we do ?
First of all we have to observe the situation completely , we should see where to apply this Positive attitude .
Exact answer to this situation is :
Yes , it is hot outside ! But
I will try my best to complete the task .
Let's see another example
If we are preparing for any competitive  exam ,
If  we are not performing good in test series , we haven't completed our syllabus !
Then in that case instead of  faking a motivation to ourselves " that I will surely gonna crack this exam "
I think the person should observe the situation completely , I am not asking you to  stay negative
And start saying " nhi hoga "
I am just saying first of all accepting the truth is very important , because positive attitude will not work if we are not observing the requirements of any work .
I am not saying if your work is pending you can't clear the exam , I am just saying here your positive attitude will not serve you ,
you ,yourself have to get up and  complete all the requirements to get selected .
Don't mind , but I have seen this thing in many of us .
Before the exam instead of looking at their positions where they are standing , instead of improving it , they just watch one motivational video and pray for their good results
Tell me , how can this be possible , if you are not improving , if you are  not preparing well ,
how is this possible !
Are you god 's fav child ??
It's okay to be at zero level in the starting , but observing , accepting and then working on this , is the solution of problem .
Being positive is not !!
This is the reason we feel disappointment after the result , because we were not focused on our  mistakes .
According to me being positive can only be a way to avoid  problems .
we should know 'what is actual situation '
Conclusion :
" Kisi b cheej ko as it is dekhna is better , rather than  seeing it from positive or negative ways "
Because fake motivation can't motivate you all the time , you need to observe  things clearly .
You need to observe the demands of situation
Because " hme problem of solve krna h , avoid nhi krna "
( This could turn into debate , don't get me wrong , these are just my views .I respect your way of thinking also )

Many times  we avoid our health issues , by saying " are kuch nhi hua , stay positive "
Which is not a good decision according to me
Ya , it's okay to avoid small problems like headache , normal pain ..
But here i am talking about mental health .
May be your mental health is fine , may be my mental health is fine ,. But this doesn't mean this problem related to mental health doesn't exist .
There can be thousands of reasons which can effect someone's mental health ,
But there are alot of barriers in the way of accepting that the person is not mentally well .
Why we don't understand . ?
There is one aunty in my neighborhood , she is facing anxeity issues .
She was saying " I am feeling like I should run from this place but don't know where to go ,
Sometimes I can't breathe properly inside the house "
They were asking her to stay positive , they were saying don't think about it ,
" Are kuch nhi h , don't take it seriously "
I know , they were correct at some point , but you can't understand it until you face it !!
At very initial stage you can divert your mind by staying positive  , but if you are facing it since long time , I think you should definitely go to  psychiatrist
There is nothing to be ashamed of.
It's your mental health , your body .. you have put efforts to maintain it .
I don't understand this , we go to doctor for every single physical pain and on the parallel side we hide our mental pain !!  If cold , fever , chicken pox , stomache .. etc .. are worth considering , then why  mental health  is not ??!
Is this the reason that all these diseases are visible to us and mental issues are not !?
This is a cyclic process , if you are not mentally well , you will think more , you start  worrying more , you start eating less , and then it will effect your health also ," ultimately mental health jab tak physical health ko krabh nhi kregi , you are not going to  do something for it !!!"
I kNow I know , our society can advice you  to take a medicine to increase your height , to become slim.. but when it comes to mental health
" Bas positive rho , "
It's okay if no one is understanding , no one is listening , but atleast you can take step for the shake of your body , you can fix  your mental health issues (if you are facing ) .
For this ,
Uthna pdega , exercise krni pdegi , thoda time table bnana pdega , thodi khud ki care krni pdegi , ..... Bahoot kuch krna pdega
"But who will do this ?? ,
I know motivation and positivity are two great tools of our success , but it should be internal positivity and internal motivation
And this internal motivation will not come by just saying " be positive " ,.you have to take action for it !!

At last , respect other's views and especially other's problems
