 Chapter 8 

"The triggers" 



Whenever we try to move on from something , whenever we try to tackle the  situations , !
We feel like we are going back again , we feel like we can't do this, on every third day ,!
Okay !, Let me talk about this more , so that you can get my point .
Think about the moment when you first time fall in love , now jump to the moment when he /she left you .
Think about the moment of your break up .
The very first break up that you had , after loving someone truly .
Now let's see this thing again , but now scientifically!.. okay !?
You ready ? Shall I begin
Remember the very first day , where you were sitting with your broken heart , may be it was important for you to move on from that person , may be you were thinking to get back to him / her . But when you realised that you have to move on , that person is not your mr perfect / miss perfect . , You started talking to your friends , you started randomly chatting with anyone , you were trying your best to move on , you were finding your passion , your goals ,
And suddenly after some days , you feel like crying , you feel like staying with the same feeling of love for him /her , you feel like you can't live without him /her ..
Then again after sometime you tried your best to move on  , and after some days you  feel like you should go back !!
Right !?.. my friend this is what I am talking , this is known as trigger , it's not only break up , whenever we try to start a new thing , whenever we try to move on from the old things , whenever we try to become more stronger , we feel triggers . !!
This is fact , and this happens to everyone , because by default coding of every human being is same .
When ever we started studying after taking a long break , we feel like it's very difficult to continue, " nahi ho paa rha h yarrrr ab or ""
" M bhool hi nhi pauga use ab ""
These are the lines that comes in our mind every third day , yes my friend , it happens with everyone .
So the basic defination of trigger is " the feeling of negativity (" we can't do " )  which comes to our mind , after every certain period of time .
You can relate it with every situation of your life .
Either it's going to gym , or its waking up after you fall . 
Now are you able to relate what I am trying  to say ..!?
may be many of us are facing triggers now , may be many of are struggling hard to get over things .. right !?
So , we have named this negative feeling " triggers "
But why it comes to us , I mean , our path of achieving , our path of moving can be straight also !!? Right
Noo , it's necessary , the feeling of " we can't do " came to us to see do we actually deserve what we are doing , or what we want .
This feeling is important , these triggers are important so that we become more and more stronger .
It will become more clear , when you think about the hurdle race , in which you have to jumb after passing every hurdle ,
This is same as triggers , many triggers will come in your way of becoming something .
These hurdles will come in your life sometimes after 3 days , 22 days , sometimes after 2 months and so on .
So it become more clear to us now,
that it is very important for us to become more stronger .
There is one  more thing that triggers test in us!
That is our attitude ,
Yess you read it write , now how our attitude plays role here
" Yar mujse nhi ho payega , I can't do , "
"Aise kaise mujse nhi hora , krooga m jaroor krooga , aisa ho hi nhi sakta ki mujse na ho "
Can you differentiate between these two sentences , yes you can easily do .
This is what I am talking about , problem comes to us so that this universe can see which type of person we are , don't worry , it can never be partial  .
It test the strong and positive minded people by giving them more problems , so that it can make them more stronger , and this universe always try to help us reaching our goal , but the condition is
"Mehnat to hume hi krni h "
And to those who think we can't do this , this universe gives them problems after problems until they get up and say I will do it.
See , once you decide to do something , no one can stop you.
It's you , your life , and only you have to wake up to do work , only you have to make yourselves strong .
People can encourage you , they can help you whenever you need , but they can't do that hardwork for you which is written in your karma .
I have noticed many times , many of us always blame the situations , third people , for their  failure , for  not moving on in life , for not achieving their goals .
My friend it was you , only you who is blamed for not  being at that position where you want to be .
Because ,
" Chalne vale k liye raste b bahoot h
Or rukne vale k liye bahane b"
At last , it's okay if you are falling again and again , but atleast you are trying , and this matters alot .
